We appreciate your business. Your satisfaction is our goal and we truly believe that you will love our products, but if you are unhappy, please let us know. We want you to have a positive experience and will work with you if you are not pleased with your purchase.

PLACING AN ORDER

You are welcome to place an order via the web at https://rekindledenergy.com. Once your order is placed, it cannot be changed. Any additions will be treated as a new order and will ship separately. Orders WILL NOT BE PROCESSED and/or SHIPPED until payment has cleared. 

CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS 

Once an order has been placed, you have 24 hours to cancel. No exchanges or refunds will be issued after that time.

METHOD OF PAYMENT

We accept Mastercard, Visa, and Payment through PayPal. Please be aware that payments made through PayPal may occasionally take a few days to clear. This can prevent us from confirming the receipt of payment. We are not responsible for any delays in processing orders paid for through PayPal. Orders WILL NOT ship until your payment clears.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

Most orders ship within 7 - 14 business days. Large orders may take slightly longer. Holiday shipping delays and delays due to extreme weather conditions or other catastrophes will be posted on our Web site. Shipping fees are calculated based on the actual weight of the merchandise. 

DAMAGE CLAIMS

Please inspect the package upon arrival. You must report any damages, missing items, or missing boxes to both USPS and Rekindled Energy within 3 days of receiving your order. If you notice any damage to the shipping box upon delivery, report it to the USPS. If you notice any damaged items upon unpacking the order, leave the box and its contents as is, save all of the packaging material, contact USPS to arrange an inspection of your package and contact us so that we may process your claim. We cannot replace damaged merchandise unless USPS has inspected the package. Your replacement will be shipped once we have been issued a claim number from USPS. We also cannot replace missing items unless they are reported within 3 days of the receipt of your order. Insurance is optional.

All of our products are offered in good faith but without guarantee. Due to the variety of industries served, products are sold without warranty of any kind. Purchasers will, by their own tests and evaluations, determine the suitability of such products for their specific use. We assume no liability for damage and/or injury resulting from the use of products supplied by Rekindled Energy. In no event will we be liable for direct, indirect or consequential damages resulting from loss of use or profits arising out of, or in connection with, the use/suitability of products. As per our terms and conditions, once a package has been received we can no longer vouch for the contents. Therefore, we do not accept product returns.
