SHIPPING POLICY

All items are made to order. Most orders ship within 7-10 business days. Large orders may take slightly longer. Holiday shipping delays and delays due to extreme weather conditions or other catastrophes will be posted on our Web site. Shipping fees are calculated based on the actual weight of the merchandise. 

You may request special in-house expedited processing for an additional $10. Most orders are shipped via Priority USPS. Faster service is available upon request. All international orders are shipped via USPS. Orders going to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are shipped via USPS. The customer is responsible for any additional fees charged by USPS for address corrections. We do NOT ship C.O.D. We cannot ship to post office boxes, to APO/FPO addresses, or via postal services within the US or international addresses. We suggest you have your order shipped to a friend or relative who can then forward it to you. We apologize for the inconvenience.


Orders may require a signature upon package delivery. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges if a package is returned because no one was available to accept it. If you make a special request to have USPS leave your package without a signature, we will place the request on the box however we CANNOT guarantee that USPS will comply. Only they can decide if they feel it is safe to leave a package at your location, as they will ultimately be responsible if the package gets stolen or misplaced. If this may be a problem, please give us an address where someone will be home to receive the package for you. When ordering online, the shipping amount shown during checkout is only an estimated charge generated by the USPS online system. The system is unable to determine and account for multiple boxes and certain surcharges. Therefore, your shipping charges may be higher than the online estimation due to multiple boxing; extra USPS handling charges.

 

In many cases, it is not possible to accurately confirm shipping charges without having packed/shipped your order. We reserve the right to charge the full shipping amount to your credit card once the order has been shipped. This will show up as a second charge on your credit card. International customers are responsible for any and all customs duties, taxes and brokerage fees that the package may incur.​

RETURN POLICY

Due to the nature of our all-natural products, we cannot assure the purity of merchandise once it has been shipped. For safety and hygiene reasons this merchandise cannot be restocked or resold so we do not accept returns. We know that it can be difficult to order new skincare products online, that is why we offer products in sample or trial sizes so that you can experiment.

 

Custom made to order merchandise are non-cancelable, not returnable and non-refundable. Custom apparel will only be replaced if items are defective or damaged. Please send an email with the order number and a photo of the damaged item to info@rekindledenergy.com within 24 hours of receiving your package.

 

Your satisfaction is our goal and we truly believe that you will love our products, but if you are unhappy, please let us know. We want you to have a positive experience and will work with you if you are not pleased with your purchase.

Rekindled Energy is not responsible for any individual reaction to any particular ingredient. Each product description on our website includes a complete list of ingredients. People with sensitivities to any listed ingredient SHOULD NOT use the product. In case you are in doubt always try an allergy patch test and if at any time irritation occurs, discontinue the use of the product.

There are absolutely no unauthorized returns because we cannot guarantee the purity of our merchandise or resell it once it has left our facility. We are not able to issue credit on unauthorized returns. Merchandise returned without authorization will be discarded. We are not able to make exceptions to this policy. In the event that we make an error, we will gladly authorize the return of incorrect or defective merchandise and pay for the return shipping costs. If you have received a return authorization, please return to the address provided.
